Questions people ask

Is this therapy?

No. It's reflective and sometimes personal, but it isn't therapy, and you won't be diagnosed or labelled. You can skip anything.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. Discovery answers are confidential by default. Nothing becomes public, or goes anywhere else, without your explicit agreement.

Do I need to be posting already?

Not at all. Some people start from scratch; others have plenty of content but feel it doesn't sound like them. Both work.

How long does Personal Brand Direction take?

It depends on how much time you'd like to spend on the discovery workbook. We'll agree a timeline together before we start, so it fits around your life and work.
